In the interests of safety to all staff and visitors, The Perth Mint has implemented a COVID-19 Management Plan which follows government advice in relation to the current pandemic.

For all visitors to The Perth Mint site at 310 Hay Street, East Perth, it is mandatory to:

  • Register upon entry using the SafeWA app or our paper-based form
  • Comply with the 2 sqm rule

DELIVERY/COLLECTION PROCESSES

Please be advised that due to the continual high volume of orders we are processing the delivery and collection times are longer than usual. We are working as quickly as possible and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, our freight service providers have modified some of their practises due to the changing impact of the Coronavirus. These changes have been designed to protect the community and their staff members.

Delivery service delays and suspensions: A number of regions have been subject to some delivery disruptions and in some areas there are service suspensions. Where service suspensions are in place we will endeavour to hold the parcel and only dispatch when services are resumed.

Accepting delivery: Some service providers may only check your identification and not require you to sign for your delivery.

Our delivery service providers have advised that they are still experiencing substantial delays in their network due to reduced domestic flights, increased parcel volumes and additional safety measures.
